Morning Mindfulness, Meditation, And Motivation



Meditation has been practiced throughout the world for hundreds, if not thousands, of years. Scientific studies have shown that mindfulness meditation can help ease stress, reduce anxiety and improve sleep and job satisfaction. Waning motivation is a problem for many of us. The stress and strain of a busy life can overwhelm you, making even the most basic of tasks seem difficult.

And with them goes that feeling that there isn't enough time in the day. Mindfulness is not a fashion but a practice developed over many 1000 years in order to help us overcome suffering and become more human, connected and free. You may want to start by scheduling about half an hour for your meditation session and then increasing it over time.
